Grand CNS Exclusive Architecture
Our architectural signature knows no borders.
Every detail has an architect.
In Türkiye and around the world, we turn the potential of a place into an original design for private residences, hotels and commercial buildings. Weighing life, setting and the aims of the investment together, we give each one a strong architectural identity.

200+projectsin the last 5 years
More than 200 projects at every scale, developed by our large team of architects: the measure of our design experience and of how we manage a project.
Architectural approach
The right decisions set the value of a building.
How it sits on the land, how it takes the light, how its rooms relate to one another… Our design begins with these questions. We never treat form on its own: function, proportion, material and the way it is built are developed together, so the character of a project holds from the first sketch to the construction detail.
International concept projects
Reading the geography, designing what comes next.
From coastal settlements to city fabric, from steep slopes to large development areas, we create architectural scenarios for very different conditions. Our international concept work brings topography, climate and programme together to show what a site can become.
Selected projects
Our design approach, made tangible.
Selected work for different needs, scales and settings. Each one is a distinct architectural answer, born of its own context.
Completed
Parisian Heritage Residence
Keep the historic shell as the first thing you read, and set the new interior a register quieter beneath it.

Palm Beach Hotel
Layer the facade instead of closing it: timber screens between the balconies, planted terraces in front of them.

Şirinköy Boutique Hotel
Work from the local architecture, and hold every unit to the same small set of natural materials.

Care you notice up close.
The finish of a surface, the passage from one material to another, the direction of the light: each changes how a space is perceived. Here we look at the details that define the quality of our projects, and at the thinking behind them.
Light
Carved timber mashrabiya screens turn hard sunlight into patterned shade and keep the rooms private.
Lusail Courtyard Residences · Concept project
Proportion
The bath sits on the axis of the arched window, with the vanity on one side and the shower on the other, so the room reads symmetrically from the door.
Parisian Heritage Residence · Completed
Spatial plan
A double-height living room: the stone wall rises the full height, and the timber soffit continues inside as the ceiling.
Dubai Lagoon Villas · Concept project
Light
Light is built into the architecture: step lights on the stair, wall lights washing the terrazzo, and only candlelight on the tables.
Salt & Paper · Completed

MUZEA
Designed for the space, shaped by nature.
MUZEA is our brand that carries our architectural view to the scale of furniture. The veining of natural marble, different in every slab, meets forms developed by our architects. The pieces that result give the rooms they stand in an identity of their own, through their material and their design.
